Let's Go Fly a Kite!

When Granny and Papi were here, we had a couple of nice days. It was still pretty cold, but sunny at least. We all went back behind the houses in our neighborhood where there is some open space and gave Ayden's new dragon kite a try!
Ayden had a great time flying the kite all by himself!
That week, we went to art class and here is Gabriel on his carpet square all ready to start!
I am pretty sure that painting with a brush is his favorite medium. Those bingo dotters aren't quite as interesting!
And later in the week, we went to the lake again while Ayden was in theater class.

Playing with Erika!

We had our neighbor's daughter Erika over the other week and the kids all had fun playing together! This was such a cute photo, I had to post it. Three kids all looking at the camera and smiling at the same time! What are the odds? :)

Granny and Papi Visit!

Granny and Papi went out to take care of Great Grandma Betty again in February, so we get to have them here for the first half of March! Yah! We have just been enjoying their company and doing our usual routine. Gabriel has been really cute with them. He has grown more attached this visit and is actually calling them by name (Granny - "Anny" and Papi - "Papi") It has been so cute to watch!
