In early October, Gabriel started to get up into the crawling position! He is so strong now (towards the end of October) but he hasn't quite coordinated the actual crawl. He does a scootch on his back using his head for mobility as well as an arched, "downward facing dog" like yoga pose, which I will post later...no "just crawling" yet though! :)
This video and photos are from late September when we got back from Calif. There are certain things that one looks forward to when you have that second child. I for sure looked forward to the kids getting to do fun things together. What's more fun than bath time together!

We had all missed Grandma Jean and it was so much fun for her to get to meet Gabriel for the first time and for her to spend a little time with Ayden. We love you Grandma!
My cousin Kim and I always have to have an updated photo of the two of us. We just have so much fun together chatting and laughing a lot! 
These two were so cute together...it was great to see what a great big brother Samuel is going to be to his soon to be new baby brother! Gabriel just loved laughing and having fun with Sam!

Gabriel played while the two 3 year old cousins got their hair cut for something to do to get them out of the house so that they would fall asleep on the way back for a nap. :)

All cleaned up with nice hair cuts all while dressed as a power ranger and luke skywalker! They insisted upon wearing their newly bought halloween costumes. What do you get when you sit for a haircut? A lollipop of course!
My dad has not had the chance to meet Gabriel since we haven't traveled since he was born and only my mom has made it out since to visit.
Samuel and Gabriel bonded right away...it was so cute...Sam loved to make Gabriel laugh and smile!

My good friend Lindsay and her son Garett (on the right) came to visit us for a night at my sister's house. We had a great time watching the kids play and get to know each other a bit. I was so glad they could make it over for a visit...thanks Linds!
